Young Adult Our Whole Lives (OWL)

Comprehensive sexuality education for (and facilitated by) younger adults, ages 18-35

Offered as a series of four Saturday retreats, 9am-4pm on: September 14, October 12, November 9 & December 7

Lunch will be provided!  Childcare available if requested by September 5.

The Our Whole Lives program values self worth, sexual health, responsibility, justice, inclusivity, and spirituality. It’s an open and affirming sex positive space structured around self-reflection activities, lively conversation, and collaborative information sharing.

We’ll talk about relationships of all kinds, gender identity, sexual orientation, risks and deciding whether to take them, educating ourselves about sexual abuse, exploitation and harassment, critiquing media messages about gender and sexuality, communicating about what you want and what feels good, and more!  Topics of workshops range from body image to birth control, love to latex barriers and sexual fantasy to family life.  Our goal is to offer participants resources for navigating their sexuality and young adulthood with accurate information, increased self-knowledge, clarification of their own most deeply-held values, enhanced safety, and strengthened interpersonal skills.

Please note that this is a series of retreats that together make up the full program; we ask that participants make a commitment to come to all four sessions.
