Community Sound Bath

Come join your fellow citizens in a community oriented sound bath. We will gather together with a common intention and radiate that energy into our city while we are immersed in a sound healing experience.

There will be gongs, singing bowls (crystal and Himalayan), rattles, chimes, high frequency tuning forks, and drums.

Please bring a comfortable mat and any bolsters or pillows that can support you to fully relax.
