Bidding Instructions

After the auction:

If the description states that the food will be ready the week of the auction, the donor should contact you within three days to arrange for delivery. If you live within 15 miles of the church, your food should be delivered to you at home or in the TVUUC parking lot, as arranged with the donor. If you live outside that distance, please plan to meet the donor in the church parking lot, unless they offer to deliver to your home. Delivery should be made within one week after the auction unless the item description specifies otherwise. Items may also be picked up at the church on the Auction Committee pick up days (Mondays Dec 7 and 14) if prearranged with the winning bidder(s).   We have suggested that donors not bring food to the church on December 6 or 13, unless they are absolutely sure you will pick it up the next day.   We do not want food sitting in the church for longer periods of time.

To find out who donated your item:

  1. Log into the Auction website.
  2. Go to the My Statement Screen
  3. Scroll down to Items Purchased. The Donor’s name will be listed with a phone number. Click on Donor’s name to send an e-mail.
  4. If you need help finding the names of the donor, contact the Auction Committee.
