RE Reflection Room Resource: Dancing Spider Yoga

We are delighted to share a new spiritual practice resource, created for our kids (and friends of all ages!) by TVUUC friend Piper Hansen, who originally planned to visit our preschool RE class to introduce yoga, but has now recorded versions that we can share with everyone:

I am Piper Hansen, I am 18 years old and I have been a certified yoga instructor with Dancing Spider Yoga since 2017. I have recorded three different yoga routines, one each for the morning, afternoon and evening, for your kids to do at home during this pandemic. I hope you enjoy these short yoga flows. They are a fun way to introduce kids to the practice. While I’m sad that I wasn’t able to meet the kids in person during Sunday morning class time, I’m excited that these videos will mean more families can try this at home whenever they have the time, or even gather with friends for an online playdate to try it together.

Have fun & Stay Healthy!

Namaste ~ Piper
