Seeking Comfort in Times of Struggle

Hello everyone,

Today’s offering for you is a virtual field trip into our RE Reflection Room, where I’ll share a few super simple practices that you can use when you feel upset or worried that can help you find your center again.



(It seems that “sheltering in place” is very much on my mind, as I realized after recording that I’d invented a whole new verse in the song I shared – I sang “shelter me,” rather than “sing with me.” I did it accidentally, but making up your own meaningful words to familiar songs is a lovely way to develop practices that are just right for you!)
