During Ramadan Muslims give up food and drink during the daylight hours. Christians often give up something for Lent -cigarettes, sodas, social media, fatty foods etc. Is there anything in your life that you could do without? This Sunday we will explore what the Jain tradition teaches about spirituality, ethics and morality in the hope that these insights can help us make more healthy spiritual choices.
