The winter months tend to see an uptick in depression. This phenomenon even has a name Seasonal Affective Disorder or S.A.D. Maybe we should follow the example of the bears and hibernate. Sleeping through the winter might save us a lot of money on psychotherapy bills. This Sunday as we anticipate the Winter Solstice we will explore how to better adjust ourselves to the cycles and seasons during the darkest months of the year
