At the beginning of the New Year we will reflect on the beginning of the universe.This Sunday we will explore what we have to learn from a scientific theory and a television sit-com by the same name. Together we’ll examine the thin line between science, religion and philosophy captured in the anthropic principle, the physics of proton therapy, the views of the stars from Pickett State Park ( which has an International Dark Sky Designation) and conversations with Victor Hobday from his hospital room, a TVUUC member of blessed memory.
