You may have seen the sign at Yassin’s Falafel House that says, “Welcome: all sizes, all colors, all ages, all sexes, all cultures, all types, all religions, all beliefs, all people SAFE HERE.” This Sunday we will explore how people of all faiths may have something to learn about the art of hospitality and the practice of welcoming the stranger from a Syrian refugee who became an American citizen and runs a restaurant that a Reader’s Digest poll named The Nicest Place in America.
