The Rational Mind and Its Demons-In-Person and Virtual Worship

Unitarian Universalists like to put a lot of emphasis on the use of reason in religion. Historically we have celebrated our penchant for logic and rationality. However, an overemphasis on reason can lead to some very destructive outcomes. This Sunday we will explore how the poetry of William Blake in particular (and the celebration of the human imagination in general) might help in the exorcism of the rational mind of its most dangerous demons.
