Warrior for Peace -In-Person and Virtual Worship

When Yitzhak Rabin was the Prime Minister of Israel he once said “Peace is not just a prayer. It is first of all a prayer, but it is also a realistic aspiration.” Sadly he was assassinated for his efforts to work for peace between Israelis and Palestinians. Today we remember him as a peacemaker and yet before he became a diplomat he was a warrior, a high ranking member of the military. On this Memorial Day weekend we will reflect on how the insights of a warrior can help us work together for peace.
